About Compass

Compass Children’s Services is an independent fostering agency, established in 1996. We have foster carers across the Midlands and take referrals from country wide local authorities. Our main office is in Loughborough and we have staff working across the Midlands.

We employ Social Workers, an Education Team, Children’s Workers and an Administration Team. We have a panel of Advisors and Consultants to provide the necessary specialist services when required. The provision of care by approved foster carers is the central service. We also provide training, transport services and undertake supervised contact and other social work services.
